My Company is seeking a Clock watcher to support daily operations in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
Position Summary
The Clock watcher is responsible for monitoring timekeeping and ensuring accurate attendance records. This role plays a key part in maintaining reliable workforce reporting and supporting managers with timely, dependable documentation.
You will partner with internal stakeholders to ensure schedules and time records are consistently reviewed, discrepancies are addressed promptly, and operational needs are met with professionalism and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities

Monitor employee time and attendance records to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Review and validate time entries against schedules and expected work hours.

Identify discrepancies and coordinate follow-up actions with employees and relevant stakeholders.

Maintain organized records and support consistent reporting practices.

Assist with routine operational tasks related to attendance tracking and workforce documentation.

Compensation
Annual salary: $60,000.00 - $86,000.00
