A HOTWORX General Manager (GM) or Studio Manager oversees daily studio operations, drives membership and retail sales, and manages staff in a 24-hour infrared fitness facility.
Core Responsibilities
- Sales & Revenue: Drive membership sales, conduct studio tours, convert leads, and hit monthly revenue and retail targets.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, hire, train, schedule, coach, and hold trainer/sales associates accountable.
- Member Experience: Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment while addressing customer inquiries or service issues.
- Community & Marketing: Conduct local grassroots marketing, build partnerships with nearby businesses/schools, and manage social media or promotional events.
- Operations: Handle studio administration, including payroll, inventory, reporting, and utilizing club management or CRM software. ]
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Background in sales/fitness studio management, hospitality, or retail. A, associates degree in business, sports management, or marketing is preferred by some locations.
- Skills: Strong sales drive, leadership/coaching abilities, comfort with fitness technology/CRM systems, and good time-management.
- Work Schedule: Typically a full-time, on-site role (around 40–45 hours per week) with weekend availability as needed.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: Generally ranges from $42,000-$45,000+ per year (or higher with weekly/monthly commission structures depending experience and location).
