What You'll Do

- Own projects and initiatives from initial planning through execution and follow-up
- Coordinate events, industry programs, meetings, and customer-facing initiatives
- Support growth initiatives, experiments, launches, and new business channels
- Help coordinate product, service, and company launches
- Support customer onboarding and ensure a strong experience from day one
- Develop processes, documentation, and operating playbooks as the organization scales
- Track initiatives, deadlines, and deliverables across multiple workstreams
- Work cross-functionally with leadership and other teams to keep priorities moving
- Analyze what is working, identify opportunities for improvement, and help implement solutions
- Step into new areas of responsibility as business priorities evolve
