RN II (AHMC)

Job Summary

Provides professional nursing care to patients by assessing health conditions, developing and implementing care plans, and evaluating patient outcomes. Demonstrates clinical competence, sound judgment, and the ability to deliver safe, quality, patient-centered care.

Education & Experience
• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (Required)
• Minimum 1–2 years of clinical nursing experience (Preferred)

Licenses & Certifications
• Current RN license in state of practice (Required)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (Required)
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification (Based on unit requirements)

Key Responsibilities
• Performs patient assessments and monitors changes in health conditions.
• Develops and implements individualized nursing care plans.
• Administers medications and treatments according to physician orders.
• Collaborates with physicians and healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
• Educates patients and families about treatment plans and discharge instructions.
• Maintains accurate clinical documentation and follows patient safety standards.
• Supports quality improvement initiatives and departmental policies.
