Key Responsibilities\n
- \n
- Provide direct perioperative nursing care to patients in the operating room setting within an acute care facility
- Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality patient outcomes
- Document patient care accurately and thoroughly using Epic electronic health records
- Float within the hospital or to nearby affiliate facilities as needed to support staffing requirements
- Adhere to facility protocols, dress code standards, and compliance requirements throughout the assignment

Required Qualifications\n

- Active and valid California RN license (pending license accepted)
- Minimum of 1 year of Operating Room nursing experience
- Experience with Epic charting system
- Willingness to work 2 out of 3 major holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's
- Willingness to float between sister facilities as required by the assignment
- Two professional references covering at least 1 year of experience within the last 3 years (references may include Charge RNs or Leads)
