CHEF & SOUS CHEF
FULL TIME Tapas & Beers – Downtown San Diego, a family-owned French & Spanish restaurant in Downtown San Diego, is looking for two experienced kitchen professionals to join our team: • Chef • Sous Chef
We are a small, quality-focused restaurant serving fresh, homemade French and Spanish cuisine. Everything that leaves our kitchen is prepared with great attention to quality, consistency, presentation, and taste.
We are looking for reliable, experienced cooks who take pride in their work and can perform efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen while maintaining high standards.

What we are looking for: Previous professional kitchen experience Strong cooking and food-preparation skills Reliability and punctuality Ability to work cleanly and efficiently Attention to quality and consistency Ability to work well as part of a small team Availability for full-time work
Chef applicants should have the experience and leadership skills necessary to take responsibility for day-to-day kitchen operations and maintain our standards.
Sous Chef applicants should be experienced, organized, dependable, and able to support the Chef while independently handling stations and service when needed.
