Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct thorough mental health assessments to understand clients’ needs, establish diagnoses, and develop effective treatment plans.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including medical and allied health professionals, to implement comprehensive treatment strategies tailored to individual client needs.
- Provide ongoing individual, couple, family, and group psychotherapy sessions, ensuring evidence-based practices are utilized to promote healing and personal growth.
- Keep accurate and confidential clinical records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and case summaries, in compliance with state regulations and organizational standards.
- Facilitate psychoeducational groups and workshops to educate clients and their families about mental health topics, treatment options, and coping strategies.
- Identify and utilize community resources, referring clients or families for additional support as necessary.
- Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of our practices and treatment protocols.
- Handle crisis interventions effectively and ensure compliance with mandated reporting when clients' safety is at risk.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

- A Master’s degree in Social Work, Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Active licensure in California as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).
- A National Provider Identifier (NPI) number is required at the time of hire.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
We offer a competitive salary range between USD 80,000 and 122,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
