Required:
\n CA RN License
\n BSN
\n AHA BLS
\n ACLS
\n Travel nursing for 1 year or less in the past 5 years
\n Minimum 4 years recent ICU experience
\n ECMO experience within the last 6 month to 1 year
\n Experience caring for ECMO patients as a bedside RN
\n Experience caring for ECMO as primary responsibility without dedicated bedside perfusion support
\n Ability to independently manage complex critical care patients
\n Strong interpersonal communication skills
\n CVICU/CTICU/CCU experience

\n • IABP (Teleflex)

\n • Ventricular Assist Devices

\n • Prostacyclin Therapies
\n • Cardiothoracic surgery recovery
\n • Heart Transplant Recovery
\n • Lung Transplant Recovery
\n • Heart Transplant
\n • Lung Transplant
\n • Bridge to transplant

\n Highly Desirable
\n • Academic Medical Center experience
\n • Simultaneous management of multiple support devices (e.g. ECMO + CRRT, ECMO + Impella, ECMO + IABP)

Smarter Healthcare Partners Job ID #8056. Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
