Snapshot / Role Overview

We're seeking a Senior Commercial HVAC Service Technician in the San Diego area to handle the tough calls on rooftop units, chillers, boilers, air handlers, and cooling towers.

Impact

• Keep commercial and industrial clients running when it matters most.
• Raise the bar for the junior techs who ride with you.
• Be the reason clients renew.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance that keeps equipment at peak efficiency.
• Troubleshoot motors, compressors, controls, and wiring.
• Explain issues and options to clients in plain language.
• Complete work orders and service reports accurately and on time.
• Mentor junior technicians on calls and projects.

Must-Haves

• Five or more years in commercial HVAC service and repair.
• EPA Universal certification.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Valid driver's license with a clean record.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience on large-scale HVAC systems.
• NATE certification.

Compensation and Logistics
