Ranch Sports Facility is looking for passionate Volleyball Coaches and Trainers to join our growing volleyball programs, including Ranch Rising Stars Volleyball Club, R.E.P.S. Academy, clinics, camps, and player development programs.
We are looking for coaches who enjoy teaching the game, developing players, and creating a positive environment for athletes and families.
Opportunities may include coaching club teams, leading or assisting training sessions, clinics, camps, practices, and other volleyball programs based on experience and availability.
Responsibilities
- Coach or assist with volleyball teams, practices, training sessions, clinics, and camps
- Teach and develop fundamentals including passing, serving, setting, hitting, movement, and game awareness
- Create structured and engaging training sessions
- Support individual and team player development
- Communicate professionally with players, families, and fellow coaches
- Promote teamwork, effort, accountability, sportsmanship, and positive character
- Help maintain a positive and professional Ranch environment
Qualifications
- Volleyball playing, coaching, or training experience
- Strong knowledge of volleyball fundamentals
- Passion for working with youth players and helping them develop
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Dependable, professional, and able to work collaboratively with other coaches
- Club, high school, collegiate, or competitive playing/coaching experience is a plus
- Availability during evenings and/or weekends is preferred
