Job Responsibilities: Full Time • Housekeeper/Janitorial Renovation workers

Work Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8AM-4:30PM

1. Workload will include 6 rooms with bathroom cleaning per day, per housekeeper with the hallways be completed as they go.

1. Report any low supplies, concerns, comments, etc. to GM.

Housekeeper/Janitorial Renovation worker

1. Remove construction dust from ceilings, walls, vents, and light fixtures

1. Clean inside wardrobes, drawers, and cabinets

1. Wipe down doors, frames, skirting boards, and window tracks

1. Clean interior windows

1. Remove all trash from room being mindful not to toss bags of nails or items such as remotes, pamphlets, and other construction items.

1. Vacuum carpets

1. Mop hard floors

1. Make beds as instructed from the Templet linen and bed guide provided.

Hallways, Water Stations, and Storage Cleaning:

1. Remove construction dust from ceilings, walls, vents, and light fixtures

1. Breakdown and dispose of empty boxes

1. Pick up all hallway trash

1. Window cleaning from interior

1. Move linen and tear boxes into storage rooms across the hall from the rooms ending in ‘13’

1. Vacuum hallways

1. Vacuum Stairwells (once a week as they complete floors)

Qualifications

• 1-2 years related work experience in Housekeeping /Janitorial Renovations
• Ability to stand and walk for 8 hours in a day. Ability to lift push pull up to 50lbs,
• Must be able to follow verbal directions, and complete assigned tasks on schedule.
• Must have good attendance and be punctual every day.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must be able to meet all hiring requirements. Background, Drug test.
• Bilingual is a plus

Compensation: $18.50 - $19.00 per hour
