About the Opportunity
\n A full-time physician opening in Costa Mesa, providing primary care for nursing home residents and following patients through skilled recovery stays. Trade the 9-to-5 clinic for a role built around flexibility: you set your own day within a 7am to 7pm visit window, with no fixed clinic hours. Working parents can pick up their kids midday and get back to rounding afterward.

Qualifications

- MD or DO, board certified
- Background in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics
- Nursing home experience or CMD certification a plus

Compensation & Benefits

- $220,000 to $270,000 annually, plus productivity bonus
- Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available
