A stable manufacturing company in Pomona, CA is hiring a Bilingual English/Spanish Maintenance Mechanic for a direct-hire opportunity. This role is ideal for a hands-on industrial maintenance professional with strong electrical troubleshooting skills and experience supporting production equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues on industrial production equipment.
- Maintain and repair equipment such as roll-forming machines, press brakes, metal-forming equipment, shears, slitters, punch presses, conveyors, welding machines, and auxiliary production equipment.
- Read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings while using multimeters and diagnostic tools to identify faults and confirm completed repairs.
- Perform preventative maintenance, including inspections, lubrication, adjustments, and replacement of worn components.
- Repair or fabricate machine parts, guards, brackets, and fixtures as needed to support safe and efficient operations.
- Document maintenance activity, parts used, follow-up needs, and follow lockout/tagout and workplace safety procedures.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with occasional overtime.
- Position type: Direct hire.
