Job Description
HCT seeks an experienced therapy professional to serve as the Interim Manager of Rehab for a 300+ bed hospital in CA.
Job Overview:
<ul>
<li>Operational Leadership: Manages daily operations and staffing for rehabilitation</li>
<li>Patient Care Coordination: Oversees nursing care to ensure quality standards are met, particularly for patients requiring sub-acute rehab.</li>
<li>Clinical Leadership: Responsible for establishing protocols, practices, and managing budgetary requirements.</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Education: Graduate from a school of Physical, Occupational or Speech Therapy.</li>
<li>License: Active California PT, OT or ST license</li>
<li>Experience: Minimum of 3 years of varied Clinical experience and 1 year of supervisory experience in a rehab setting.</li>
<li>Certifications: BLS AHA required</li>
<li>Computer Skills: EMR and Microsoft Office Suite; must be computer savvy</li>
</ul>
Expenses covered while on assignment include housing, airfare and rental car.
