Key Qualifications:
- Current and valid Occupational Therapist license in California
- Prior experience working as an Occupational Therapist in a school setting
- Familiarity with IEP development and participation
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Commitment to equitable, inclusive practices for all students
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services to K-12 students
- Assess students’ functional abilities and develop individualized intervention plans
- Write goals, maintain documentation, and participate in IEP meetings
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other school staff to support student progress
- Track and report student outcomes, adapting interventions as needed
- Support a positive, enriching environment for all learners
