- Ability to adapt to different rooms, processes, and machines across the manufacturing floor.
Why Work Here?
You will join a growing organization that offers clear opportunities for advancement and long-term stability. The membrane products are manufactured manually rather than fully automated, enabling a high level of quality and longer filter lifespans, which supports job security and pride in craftsmanship. Employees enjoy a casual, flexible, and friendly work environment where teamwork is valued and contributions are recognized. Upon conversion to direct employment, you can look forward to benefits and a pay increase, along with small perks such as team treats and potlucks that foster a positive and supportive culture.
Work Environment
This role is based on a manufacturing floor with multiple rooms, each dedicated to specific steps in the production process and equipped with different types of industrial machinery. The environment is active and can become busy, with manufacturing technicians moving throughout the facility and various machines running simultaneously. The production process relies on manual operations rather than full automation, requiring hands-on interaction with equipment and materials. The dress code is very casual, but safety is a priority: safety shoes and safety glasses are required at all times on the floor. The position follows a first-shift schedule, typically from 5:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., providing a consistent daytime work routine.
