Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage remodeling projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and on-budget completion
- Perform skilled carpentry, framing, drywall, flooring, tile, and finish work across residential and commercial projects
- Supervise and mentor crew members, subcontractors, and apprentices on job sites
- Interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and project specifications
- Coordinate material orders, deliveries, and job site logistics
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA standards
- Communicate project updates, timelines, and issues directly with project managers and clients
Requirements:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in residential or commercial remodeling
- Proven experience leading a crew or managing job sites independently
- Proficiency in carpentry, framing, drywall, tile, and general finish work
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
- Valid driver's license
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
