Youll handle inbound leads, follow up with prospects, quote policies, close new business while building long-term relationships that create referrals and repeat clients.

Responsibilities
- Respond quickly to inbound calls, texts, emails, and online leads
- Quote and sell personal lines products (Auto, Home, Renters, Umbrella, etc.)
- Conduct needs-based consultations and recommend coverage options clearly
- Follow up consistently on quotes, leads, and lost opportunities
- Cross-sell and bundle to improve client value and retention
- Support renewals and coverage reviews to prevent lapses and increase retention
- Maintain accurate documentation in the agency CRM and carrier portals
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure smooth onboarding and policy changes
- Track daily activity (calls, quotes, closes) and hit weekly/monthly sales goals
- Ask for referrals and reviews after positive client experiences
Requirements
- Bilingual in English/Mandarin is required
- Insurance license preferred (or willingness to obtain quickly)
- Sales-driven mindset with strong communication skills
- Comfort making outbound follow-up calls and handling objections
- Organized, consistent, and responsive (speed matters in insurance sales)
- Ability to explain coverage in a simple, confident way
- Basic computer skills (CRM, quoting systems, email, texting tools)
