\n • Enter and verify invoices in Laserfiche and QuickBooks\n
\n • Coordinate invoice approvals and communicate with corporate accounting\n
\n • Manage DMV registrations and vehicle renewal documentation\n
\n • Maintain fleet records and ensure DOT compliance requirements are met\n
\n • Coordinate vehicle and equipment repairs and preventative maintenance schedules\n Qualifications for the Fleet Coordinator:\n \n • 2+ years of experience in fleet, equipment, maintenance, operations, purchasing, or administrative support\n
\n • Experience with vehicle registrations, fleet records, or DOT compliance preferred\n
\n • Experience processing invoices, purchase orders, or accounting-related documentation\n
\n • QuickBooks experience preferred\n
\n • Agricultural, transportation, construction, or equipment industry experience is a plus\n
\n • Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation\n
