Job DescriptionCycle CounterJob Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Cycle Counter to perform inventory counts, audits, and reconciliations to ensure accurate inventory records. This position works closely with inventory control, materials, and warehouse teams to investigate discrepancies, monitor inventory shelf life, and maintain accurate inventory transactions. Responsibilities
- Perform cycle counts, inventory audits, and physical inventory counts.
- Monitor inventory shelf life and identify discrepancies.
- Research and resolve inventory record and transaction errors.
- Verify inventory accuracy across inventory management systems.
- Audit incoming shipments and report discrepancies.
- Provide inventory support to warehouse and operations teams.
- Operate warehouse equipment as needed and maintain required certifications.
- Follow inventory control procedures and company policies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience or training.
- Experience with ERP systems required; Syteline experience preferred.
- Forklift certification preferred.
- Excellent math skills - Addition, Subtraction, division, and multiplication
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Frequent walking, bending, and lifting required.
