$60,000 - $75,000 Base Salary + Performance Incentives
Full-Time | Monday-Friday
About the Opportunity
An established provider of packaging, crating, logistics, and transportation solutions is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join its growing team in San Jose. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven sales professional who enjoys developing new business, building long-term client relationships, and helping customers find customized service solutions.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and develop new business opportunities throughout the Bay Area
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers
- Conduct customer meetings, site visits, and sales presentations
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through closing
- Identify customer needs and recommend customized solutions
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and achieve revenue goals
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service
Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience preferred
- Experience in packaging, logistics, freight, transportation, manufacturing, industrial services, or related industries highly preferred
- Proven ability to generate new business and grow accounts
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Spanish bilingual skills are a plus
