Tranquility Valley Trauma and Wellness is a quickly growing private mental health practice providing inclusive services to our community's individuals and families. We serve all ages and populations with many of our clinicians providing specialty services in trauma, EMDR and the LGBTQIA community.

Role Description
\n
This is a part-time hybrid role for an Associate located in Bakersfield, CA, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Associate will be responsible for managing their own client caseload and providing inclusive therapy service to our community. Additional duties include maintaining accurate documentation and billing. You will be provided clinical supervision, a beautiful office space with all of the amenities and the opportunity to create your own caseload with flexibility on scheduling and working times.

Qualifications

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
- Must hold an associate license as an MFT, MSW or Psychologist
- Proficient in using a EHR
- Graduate degree
