What You'll Be Doing\n

- Lead sourcing activities for raw materials, equipment, and critical services
- Negotiate supplier agreements and manage key vendor relationships
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to forecast demand and support supply planning
- Implement process improvements and procurement technologies to increase efficiency
- Monitor industry trends and supply chain risks to ensure continuity of supply
- Manage procurement budgets and deliver cost-saving initiatives
- Develop risk mitigation strategies to address supply chain vulnerabilities

About You
\n

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, CDMO, or life sciences procurement environments
- Strong understanding of global supply chain operations and regulated manufacturing requirements
- Proven ability to negotiate contracts and manage strategic supplier relationships
- Excellent analytical, communication, project management, and leadership skills
