Job Description Server Assistant&nbsp;&nbsp; Part Time Position $16.90 hr. plus TIPS &nbsp; Server Assistant Responsibilities:&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Welcoming patrons&nbsp;</li>
<li>Serving bread &amp; butter to patrons once they are seated.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Wrapping utensils in napkins accordingly.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Clearing dirty plates, utensils, and glassware from tables as required.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Carrying dirty tableware to the kitchen area.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Preparing tables for arriving patrons by wiping up spills, clearing away crumbs, replacing soiled linen, and setting up tableware, napkins, and condiments.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Sweeping &amp; spot mopping&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Delivering food to tables when Servers are busy.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Responding to patrons' requests.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Arranging tables and chairs to accommodate larger groups of patrons.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ensuring that the server station and bar is stocked with beverage glasses &amp; ice.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
&nbsp;&nbsp; Server Assistant Requirements:&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Sound knowledge of proper food handling procedures.&nbsp;</li>
<li>The ability to work as part of a team.&nbsp;</li>
<li>The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.&nbsp;</li>
<li>The ability to stand for extended periods.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Excellent organizational skills.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Effective communication skills.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Exceptional customer service skills.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Must be quick and efficient.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>CA food handlers permit.</li>
