Senior Recruiter
Location: Foothill Ranch, CA 92610
Compensation: $45.00 per hour
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Schedule: Full-Time | 100% Onsite
Position Overview
We're seeking an experienced Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of exempt and non-exempt positions. This role partners closely with hiring managers to attract top talent, build strong candidate pipelines, provide market insights, and deliver an exceptional hiring experience while supporting key talent acquisition initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a high-volume requisition load and oversee the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through offer acceptance and onboarding.
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with hiring managers, HR partners, and business leaders to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities.
- Create and execute effective recruitment strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates across multiple functions and levels.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing methods including networking, referrals, social media, industry research, talent mapping, and direct sourcing techniques.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring teams on recruiting best practices, labor market trends, and competitive talent intelligence.
- Guide candidates and hiring managers through the interview, selection, offer, and hiring process.
- Partner with external recruiting vendors, staffing agencies, and other talent providers as needed.
- Analyze recruiting metrics and key performance indicators, including time-to-fill, quality of hire, and sourcing effectiveness.
- Generate reports, hiring updates, and presentations for leadership stakeholders.
- Support talent acquisition projects and process-improvement initiatives.
- Promote compliance with employment laws, company policies, and recruiting best practices.
- Mentor and share recruiting knowledge, tools, and best practices with team members when appropriate.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of recruiting experience.
- Experience recruiting for both exempt and high-volume non-exempt positions.
- Background supporting operations, manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, analytics, or related business functions preferred.
- Strong sourcing expertise with proven ability to build talent pipelines through networking, social media, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Knowledge of recruiting best practices, employment laws, and candidate assessment techniques.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as SuccessFactors, Taleo, or similar platforms.
- Ability to influence hiring leaders and provide consultative guidance on talent market trends and hiring strategies.
- Experience managing external recruiting partners, staffing agencies, or search firms preferred.
- Strong analytical, presentation, communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
