Shift: 2nd Shift
Schedule: Start time varies between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM. Two days off per week; days off vary.
Job Description
WorkComp 360 is hiring dependable and hardworking individuals for the Broth Department at a food manufacturing facility in Otay Mesa, CA. The ideal candidate will assist with packaging broth products while maintaining quality, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Package, label, and prepare broth products for distribution.
- Assist with filling and sealing containers.
- Inspect products for quality and proper packaging.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work area.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures.
- Lift and move products weighing approximately 40–50 pounds.
- Stand for extended periods while performing production duties.
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Must be able to lift 40–50 pounds.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods.
- Must follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Previous warehouse, packaging, or food manufacturing experience is preferred.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work in a food manufacturing environment.
