We are partnering with a growing commercial HVAC and plumbing contractor in San Diego that is looking to add a Service Manager / Operations Manager to their team.

About the Role
\n
\n
This is a full-time, in-office role based in the San Diego area with a base salary in the $130,000 to $140,000 range, depending on experience.
\n
\n
Responsibilities
\n
\n
- \n
- Leading and supporting HVAC and plumbing service technicians
- Coordinating with dispatch, administration, ownership, and field teams
- Managing service calls, scheduling, technician utilization, and customer follow-up
- Reviewing work orders, service tickets, labor, materials, and job notes
- Improving workflow, accountability, response times, and job profitability
- Supporting a team of roughly 3 to 4 plumbers and 4 to 5 HVAC technicians
- Helping a growing service operation become more structured, efficient, and scalable

Qualifications
\n
\n
- \n
- Commercial HVAC service management experience
- Plumbing service leadership experience is a plus
- Mechanical, facilities service, or commercial service operations background
- Experience leading technicians, dispatchers, coordinators, or field teams
- Strong customer communication and operational follow-through
- Comfortable in a smaller, family-owned business environment where ownership, urgency, and accountability matter
