• 36 Hours: $2,340–$2,412/week

• 48 Hours: $3,120–$3,216/week

Job Summary

Adventist Health Delano is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care in the Long Term Care/Sub-Acute Unit. The RN will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver safe, patient-centered care while maintaining compliance with Adventist Health standards. This EXCLUSIVE EPIC Assignment requires recent Epic EMR experience within the last 12 months.

Requirements

• Active California RN license

• Recent Epic EMR experience within the last 12 months (required)

• Current AHA BLS certification

• Current AHA ACLS certification

• Acute Care and/or Long Term Care/Sub-Acute nursing experience preferred

• BSN preferred

• Ability to work night shifts, weekends, and a 36–48 hour schedule

Required Credentials

• Active California Registered Nurse (RN) License

• AHA Basic Life Support (BLS)

• AHA Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)

• Current Epic EMR experience (within the last 12 months)

• 156-bed Community & Regional Teaching Hospital

• Unit: Long Term Care – Sub-Acute (59 beds: 51 Sub-Acute / 8 Skilled Nursing)

• Documentation: Cerner (transitioning to Epic)

• Medication System: Pyxis

• No call required

• No floating required

• Self-scheduling

• 24/7 Pharmacy and Phlebotomy

• Located in Delano, California
