RN – Case Management/Care Coordination / 17-week contract / 1 opening / Start Date: 09/15/2026 / 2+ years of experience required / BSN required / 40 guaranteed hours/week / 8-hour Days, EOW / First to Float / BLS required / Recent prior CA Dignity experience REQUIRED / Case Management experience with Utilization Review & Discharge Planning required / InterQual experience required / Cerner EMR / 15–20 patients/consults per day / 2 supervisory references required at submission / Business casual dress code / No holiday requirement / Carmichael, CA.
