What We’re Looking For:
- Valid SLP or SLPA licensure in California
- ASHA CCCs required for SLPs
- Previous experience working within school settings, especially with elementary students
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families
- An organized, flexible approach for handling K-8th grade caseloads
- Ready to start ASAP and commit through end of school year
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individual and group speech-language therapy to K-8th students, focusing on elementary ages
- Develop and implement treatment plans according to IEP goals
- Collaborate with educational teams, administrators, and families for student success
- Conduct assessments and maintain documentation as required for compliance
- Monitor progress and adjust interventions to meet each student’s needs
- Support inclusion and communication skills across school environments
