Requirements:

  • Current or eligibility for state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY)
  • CFYs welcome—bring your enthusiasm and commitment!
  • Experience or training within school-based or pediatric speech therapy settings
  • Strong communication skills to work collaboratively with teachers, families, and support staff
  • Ability to effectively manage a diverse K-12 caseload
  • Skilled in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and consultative speech and language services to students individually and in groups
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and progress monitoring for students with communication needs
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop IEP goals and participate in meetings as needed
  • Document sessions and maintain thorough records in compliance with school and regulatory standards
  • Empower students to build confidence and attain their communication goals
