Qualifications:
- Experience working in schools or educational settings, especially as a paraprofessional, instructional aide, or classroom assistant
- Ability to provide both individual and group student support

- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework in education or a related field is a plus
- Capable of following teacher directives and employing effective classroom management techniques
- Familiarity with students who have special needs preferred
Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers in implementing lesson plans and instructional activities
- Work directly with students to reinforce learning concepts and support academic progress
- Help maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment
- Support students with diverse learning needs, fostering engagement and participation
- Supervise students during classroom, recess, and transitional activities
- Prepare and organize instructional materials as needed
- Encourage positive student behavior and model appropriate social interactions
