Join Our Team as a Senior Commercial Property Manager!
As a Senior Commercial Property Manager, you will oversee a commercial portfolio while providing leadership in key functional areas across our broader commercial portfolio. You'll have the opportunity to shape portfolio performance, elevate the customer experience, preserve and enhance asset value, and drive strategic initiatives that support long-term business success.
What You'll Do:
Lead Customer Relationships: Build strong tenant relationships by delivering proactive, responsive service and identifying solutions that meet evolving business needs. Help drive customer satisfaction and retention through consistent communication and a high-touch service approach.
Drive Asset Performance & Preservation: Partner with Property Managers to implement strategies that enhance property value, maintain competitive positioning, and support long-term asset performance. Lead capital improvement and tenant improvement projects that align with customer needs and investment objectives.
Manage Risk & Ensure Compliance: Proactively identify and address risks while ensuring compliance with lease agreements, company policies, and applicable regulations. Conduct property inspections, manage documentation requirements, and resolve tenant-related issues professionally and effectively.
Optimize Financial Performance: Manage operating budgets, forecasts, vendor contracts, and capital expenditures to maximize portfolio performance. Balance income growth and expense management to support NOI goals and long-term business objectives.
Support Department-Wide Success: Collaborate with colleagues across the commercial team to improve processes, support portfolio goals, and enhance the overall customer and employee experience. Contribute to department initiatives, tenant engagement activities, and a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
What You'll Bring:
- 15 + years of experience in commercial property management.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Property Management, or a related field preferred.
- Strong understanding of lease administration, commercial property operations, and risk management practices.
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze property performance and make data-driven business decisions.
- Knowledge of property improvement, capital planning, and tenant improvement projects.
- Exceptional customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive, strategic mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.
Our Compensation Philosophy:
The total compensation range for this position is $106,000 - $200,000 annually (inclusive of base salary + bonus). The base pay offered may be higher or lower depending on the candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
