We are seeking a Lead Termite Repair Carpenter to oversee residential structural repairs, commercial property repairs, and mixed project types while leading a small carpenter crew. This role combines hands-on carpentry expertise with repair planning, crew supervision, and effective problem solving and customer communication.
Responsibilities
- Plan termite repair projects for residential and commercial properties.
- Perform framing repairs as part of structural restoration work.
- Supervise and coordinate a small carpenter crew.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in termite repair carpentry.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience with wood framing.
- Demonstrated crew leadership abilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Effective customer communication skills.
