Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Assembler to join our production team.
The role involves the assembly, labeling, and packaging of medical cables, ensuring high-quality output and compliance with all safety regulations.
2nd shift from 1:30 PM to 10 PM in a manufacturing and assembly line setting.

Responsibilities

Perform basic manufacturing, assembly, and labeling of cables.
Engage in packaging and in-process testing.
Operate basic hand tools and assigned production/manufacturing equipment.
Work in a bench-top assembly environment using various manufacturing equipment for prepping, stripping, tinning, crimping, and soldering of medical cables.
Accurately record process documentation.
Interpret, read, and follow all work instructions and engineering drawings.
Comply with all safety requirements, including manufacturing practices and procedures, standard operating procedures, and manufacturing documentation.
Utilize basic measurement skills with hand tools and electronic equipment such as rulers, scales, micrometers, and calipers.

Essential Skills

Experience in assembly and soldering.
Operator and assembler skills with the ability to use microscopes.
Proficiency in using hand tools and production equipment.
Soldering experience, especially within the medical device industry.
Basic computer skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

3 to 6 months of minimum experience (2 to 3 years preferred for higher pay range).

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Costa Mesa, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
