Job DescriptionAbout the Role:All Day Heating And Cooling Inc is looking for a motivated and organized HVAC Dispatcher to join our growing team in Palm Desert, CA! This is a fast-paced, customer-facing role where you'll be the backbone of our daily operations — connecting technicians with customers and keeping everything running smoothly. Responsibilities:
- Schedule and dispatch HVAC technicians to residential and commercial service calls efficiently
- Serve as the primary point of contact between customers and field technicians
- Monitor technician locations, job progress, and update schedules in real time
- Handle inbound customer calls, address inquiries, and resolve service concerns professionally
- Coordinate emergency and priority HVAC service calls with urgency and accuracy
- Maintain accurate records of work orders, job statuses, and technician availability
- Communicate parts needs, delays, or scheduling changes to customers and team members
Requirements:
- Previous dispatching, scheduling, or customer service experience required
- Experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or other home services industries preferred
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills in a high-volume environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with dispatching software, CRM tools, or service management platforms
- Ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-focused under pressure
- High school diploma or equivalent required
