Job Title: Maintenance Technician / Handyman
Location: Throughout the South Bay, California
Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician / Handyman to join our team. The ideal candidate has strong problem-solving skills and experience in general maintenance, repairs, and facility upkeep. You will be responsible for ensuring all equipment, systems, and facilities remain in excellent working condition.
Responsibilities
• Perform general maintenance and repairs on buildings, equipment, and systems (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, etc.)
• Conduct routine inspections to identify and address maintenance needs
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company standards
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance work and materials used
• Assist with special projects, renovations, and preventive maintenance
Qualifications
• Proven experience as a maintenance technician, handyman, or in a similar role
• Knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, and carpentry
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Strong troubleshooting and time management skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (car insurance must be valid)
• They will need their own power tools.
• High school diploma or equivalent (technical training or certifications a plus)
*Ability to carry 40lbs
*Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Pay Rate
$20-$23 per hour, depending on experience
