The Retail Bank Branch SR NEW ACCOUNTS/CSR/BANKER is responsible for the specific duties listed below.
Your specific duties will include:
- Processing all new account transactions.
- Assisting clients in selecting appropriate accounts and financial services.
- Actively cross-selling the Bank's products and services.
- Opening, maintaining, and closing all account types, as well as performing general branch clerical duties.
- Promoting business for the Bank by maintaining positive client relations and referring clients to appropriate staff and partners for additional services.
Specific qualifications for the position include:
- A minimum of 2 years of bank teller experience (required).
- Proven experience opening consumer and business accounts (required).
- At least 2 years of proven customer service experience, with the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients.
- Strong sound judgment, high accountability, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and banking software applications.
- Demonstrated banking or financial services background; applicants without relevant industry experience will not be considered.
Pay Rate Range : $23.00 - 28.60/hour
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
