Job Description

About Refold

\n

\n

Enterprise integrations are still built by hand, one customer at a time, by a human supply chain of consultants. We think that's the last big software category that hasn't been automated — and we're automating it.

\n

\n

Refold is the AI integration delivery layer. Our agents build, test, deploy, and maintain integration workflows inside our customers' own products, white-labeled, up to 90% faster. Trained on millions of real-world contexts across SAP, Oracle, Workday, NetSuite, and Salesforce, we turn integration work that used to take quarters into days — and then keep it running, because the agents detect failures and repair mappings themselves.

\n

\n

Traction: 30+ paying enterprise customers, 1,500+ active users, 10M+ API calls processed daily, seven-figure ARR. Customers include Incorta, Kantata, Coupa, Naehas, OvationCXM, and Zycus. The results are the pitch: Kantata ships integrations 75% faster with 8x delivery capacity; Incorta cut time-to-go-live by 70% and recovered 8,000+ engineering hours; Naehas went from 3–5-month builds to 90% faster delivery.

\n

\n

Refold was founded by Jugal Anchalia and Abhishek Kumar, who have been featured in Forbes 30 Under 30. We've raised $6.5M led by Eniac Ventures (early investors in Airbnb & Uber) and Tidal Ventures, with Better Capital, Ahead VC, Karman Ventures, Z21 Ventures, and Titan Ventures participating.

\n

\n

We're assembling a founding team of people who learn fast, raise the bar, and shape the company from day one. This is an early BDR seat and the pipeline engine for our US market. If you want a role where your outbound directly decides whether the company hits its number, this is it.

\n

\n

Key Responsibilities

\n

\n

    \n
  • Own the top of the funnel: Research, target, and break into software companies in supply chain, procurement, finance, and professional services automation — the ones where an ERP connector is the thing standing between them and their next enterprise deal
  • \n

  • Write outbound that earns a reply: No spray and pray. Our best sequences are built on real triggers — a company hiring integration engineers, an integrations page with six connectors and a "contact us" for the rest, a public complaint about implementation timelines
  • \n

  • Work the signals: Learn to hear the buying triggers on a first call — "we rebuild integrations for every customer," "we lost a deal because we didn't have the connector," "our SI missed the deadline again" — and know exactly what to do with each one
  • \n

  • Run the AI stack: We already run an AI SDR for enrichment and first-touch outreach. Your edge isn't volume; it's judgement — which accounts matter, which message lands, and when a human needs to take over
  • \n

  • Qualify with rigour: Run sharp first conversations, qualify honestly, and hand off to the AE with context they can actually use. A meeting that shouldn't have been booked costs us more than a meeting we missed
  • \n

  • Go multi-channel: Email, LinkedIn, phone, and in person. You will pick up the phone
  • \n

  • Work the room: Book meetings around PMA, SAP Connect, TSIA, Ai4, and our executive dinner series — before, during, and after
  • \n

  • Keep the data honest: HubSpot hygiene, clean notes, accurate stages. Our forecasting is only as good as your inputs
  • \n

\n

\n

Role Information

\n

\n

    \n
  • Target accounts: Sales-led software companies with an integrations page, an internal professional services team or SI dependency, and enterprise deals that hinge on connectors
  • \n

  • Personas you'll open: CTOs, CPOs, VPs of Product, and VPs of Professional Services / Delivery
  • \n

  • Average deal size you're feeding: $50–100K land / $200–300K expand
  • \n

  • Current growth team: 1 BDR, 1 AE, 2 Marketing, 4 Post-Sale, plus a 20-person engineering and delivery org
  • \n

  • Path: This is a clear on-ramp to an AE seat for someone who earns it
  • \n

\n

\n

Required Skills & Abilities

\n

\n

    \n
  • Outbound reps on the board: 1–3 years in a BDR, SDR, or business development role. At least a year of genuine cold outbound — you've built lists, run sequences, and made the calls
  • \n

  • Phone-ready: You're not precious about cold calling, and you don't hide behind email
  • \n

  • You can write: A four-sentence email that a CTO actually answers is a real skill, and you have it, or you're obsessed with getting it
  • \n

  • Technically curious: You don't need an engineering background, but you should want to understand what an integration is, why it breaks, and why our customers care
  • \n

  • High output, high coachability: You take feedback in the morning and apply it that afternoon. You track your own numbers before anyone asks
  • \n

  • Presence matters: Based in the SF Bay Area and ready to collaborate in-office 3 days a week
  • \n

\n

\n

Nice to Have

\n

\n

    \n
  • Prospected into technical buyers or software companies rather than SMB generalists
  • \n

  • Hands-on with HubSpot, Clay, Sales Navigator, or AI-assisted prospecting tooling
  • \n

  • Been the first or second BDR somewhere and had to build the motion, not inherit a playbook
  • \n

  • A technical background, a side project, or anything that shows you can learn a complex product fast
  • \n

\n

\n

Why do you want to work here?

\n

\n

    \n
  • Impact: Fast-growing seed-stage company ($6.5M from Eniac Ventures & Tidal Ventures) with early Fortune 500-scale deployments and real, quantified customer outcomes
  • \n

  • Speed: Early GTM seat with direct founder access and a visible path to closing your own deals
  • \n

  • Ownership: You'll help write the outbound playbook, not just execute someone else's
  • \n

\n

\n

Equal Employment Opportunity

\n

\n

We're a small, fast-growing team, and we're intentional about building an inclusive culture from day one. We welcome teammates of all backgrounds and don't discriminate based on gender, ethnicity, sexual orientation, religion, civil or family status, age, disability, or race. If you're excited by our mission, you belong here.
