Safety Coordinator, Bilingual – We’re immediately hiring a Bilingual (English / Spanish) Safety Coordinator to lead safety initiatives across several client locations throughout Los Angeles and the Inland Empire.
This is a full-time position where you will earn $70,304 per year and enjoy a company benefits package that includes:

As the Safety Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and promoting a safe working environment for team members. You will also be expected to:
- Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive safety programs aligned with OSHA standards and EPA regulations.
- Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify hazards and implement corrective actions.
- Lead incident investigations using root cause analysis techniques to determine underlying issues and prevent recurrence.
- Coordinate safety training sessions.
- Maintain safety incident paperwork, inspection findings, and compliance documentation.
- Prepare detailed safety reports for management to review.
- Remain current on workers' compensation laws to ensure proper claims handling and injury management.
To qualify, you must have at least two (2) years of safety experience with a staffing firm and speak both English and Spanish fluently. In addition, you must have:
- Proven experience in manufacturing environments with a strong understanding of occupational health and safety principles.
- The ability to conduct root cause analysis and compile reporting.
- Knowledge of EPA regulations related to environmental compliance within manufacturing settings.
- Certifications in First Aid, CPR, OSHA standards, EHS management systems, and workers' compensation law preferred.
