HealthYes Staffing Network is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist for a permanent, full-time position with an established healthcare organization in California’s northern Sacramento Valley near Chico.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations

• Develop individualized anesthesia-care plans

• Administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care

• Manage airway and perioperative patient needs

• Monitor patients throughout surgical and procedural cases

• Provide postoperative anesthesia and pain-management support

• Communicate effectively with patients and members of the care team

• Collaborate with surgeons, physicians, nurses, and clinical staff

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

• Participate in quality and patient-safety programs

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nurse-anesthesia program

• Current NBCRNA certification or eligibility

• Active California RN and CRNA licenses or eligibility

• Current BLS and ACLS certifications

• PALS certification when required

• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills

• Ability to work effectively within a team-based anesthesia environment

• Experienced CRNAs and qualified new graduates are encouraged to apply

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary: $300,000–$400,000
