- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license.
- Willingness to travel to job sites as needed.
- Ability to perform the physical duties associated with field installations.
Please note: Applicants whose experience consists solely of classroom instruction, school coursework, or technical training without professional field experience will not meet the minimum qualifications.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous hands-on experience installing fiber-optic cabling.
- Experience with fiber-optic splicing, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with fiber-optic testing equipment and installation practices.
- Experience working on telecommunications infrastructure projects.
Fiber-optic splicing experience is preferred but not required. Candidates with relevant low-voltage or telecommunications field experience are encouraged to apply.
Compensation & Employment
- Pay: $22–$32 per hour, depending on experience.
- Employment Type: Full-time.
- Work Location: Various job sites; travel is required.
- Schedule: Full-time schedule based on project and operational needs.
