What You’ll Do
\n
This opportunity is a great balance of having flexibility and seeing a wide variety of patients of all ages. The schedule has consistent hours each week, and you will have control over how you organize your start/end times each day. It’s a nice environment if you like using your clinical skills without the stress of a hospital setting.

Your responsibilities include:
\n

- Complete nutrition assessments for new admissions and annuals
- Monitor significant weight changes and help set weight goals
- Conduct monthly follow-ups for residents with dialysis, tube feedings or skin issues
- Provide diet education and counseling as needed (materials provided)
- Collaborate with the care team to optimize health outcomes

Who You Are

- Credentialed Registered Dietitian(RD/RDN) with an active California license
- Organized, dependable, and tech-savvy
- Strong communication and motivational skills
- Some clinical experience preferred
