Summary
A growing design-build construction firm is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support a strong pipeline of ground-up, residential projects.
This is an opportunity to join a modern, technology-driven builder that brings design, construction, and project management together under one team. The Project Manager will oversee multiple active projects, with a strong focus on subcontractor management, procurement, scheduling, cost control, and quality.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple active residential projects and assigned trade scopes
- Lead subcontractor bidding, buyout, scope development, and procurement
- Coordinate trade sequencing, manpower, inspections, materials, and lead times
- Develop and manage short-term look-ahead schedules to maintain project milestones
- Track budgets, commitments, cost-to-complete, variances, and change impacts
- Work closely with field leadership to identify and resolve schedule and construction issues
- Manage RFIs, submittals, subcontracts, drawings, and project documentation through Procore
- Lead project coordination meetings and hold subcontractors accountable to commitments
- Identify constructability, cost, and schedule risks early and develop solutions
- Support consistent quality standards while minimizing rework and schedule delays
Requirements
- 5+ years of construction project management experience
- Strong background in ground-up custom, luxury, or high-end residential construction preferred
- Strong subcontractor management, bidding, buyout, and procurement experience
- Strong understanding of project budgets, cost control, and construction scheduling
- Procore or comparable construction management software experience required
- Ability to read and coordinate architectural and structural drawings
- Experience working with BIM, Revit, AutoCAD, or model-based construction workflows preferred
- Strong Excel and scheduling software proficiency
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
