About the Role:
Desert Elite Electric & Construction, Inc is looking for a skilled Plumber to join our growing team in Indio, CA! This is a temporary position with real potential to grow into a permanent role for the right candidate — a great opportunity to prove your skills and build a lasting career with us.

Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain residential and/or commercial plumbing systems
• Inspect and troubleshoot pipes, fixtures, water heaters, and drainage systems
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and building plans
• Ensure all work meets local plumbing codes and safety regulations
• Collaborate with construction and electrical crews on job sites
• Respond to service calls and complete repairs in a timely, professional manner
• Maintain tools, equipment, and job site cleanliness

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a licensed or journeyman plumber
• Valid California plumber's license or apprenticeship certification preferred
• Working knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations in California
• Ability to work independently and as part of a construction team
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and working in tight spaces
