We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented aerospace manufacturing Assembler to join our growing manufacturing team!
This hands-on position involves assembling and manufacturing precision components used in the aerospace industry.
The ideal candidate enjoys working with their hands, following detailed instructions, and producing high-quality work in a team-oriented environment.
What You'll Do
- Perform hands-on assembly and manufacturing of aerospace components using established procedures and work instructions.
- Read and follow manufacturing travelers, production instructions, and specifications to ensure accurate assembly.
- Work with various materials, components, and tools to complete production tasks.
- Inspect work for accuracy, quality, and compliance with manufacturing standards.
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
- Communicate and collaborate with Production, Quality, Engineering, and other departments to support manufacturing operations.
- Identify and report quality concerns or production issues to supervisors.
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
- Assist with other manufacturing and production activities as needed.
What We're Looking For
- At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing, assembly, production, or a related hands-on role.
- Ability to follow written work instructions, manufacturing travelers, and established procedures.
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort working with hand tools and production equipment.
- Strong commitment to quality, accuracy, and workplace safety.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a manufacturing environment.
- Good communication skills and a dependable work ethic.
- Aerospace manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required.
