York Employment has an excellent opportunity to to join a leading food manufacturing company as a Production Lead in La Mirada.
Will start out during Peak season, 2nd shift 1:30PM TO 10PM May -Dec, they transfer to the first shift 5AM TO 1:30PM January to April.
 Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Oversee daily production floor operations to ensure efficiency and productivity</li>
<li>Lead, motivate, and support production staff to meet output and quality targets</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with safety standards, GMP, and sanitation protocols</li>
<li>Collaborate with Quality Assurance and Maintenance teams as needed</li>
<li>Assist with employee training, coaching, and performance management</li>
</ul>
 Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Minimum of 2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing lead role</li>
<li>Previous experience in the food industry is preferred</li>
<li>Strong leadership and team management abilities</li>
<li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment</li>
<li>Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus</li>
</ul>
You should be proficient in:
<ul>
<li>Food and Beverage Manufacturing</li>
<li>Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)</li>
</ul>
