Sales Lead Generator – Paid Training Provided
US POWER | Los Angeles Area
$18.50/Hour + Appointment Bonuses + Sales Commissions

Are you outgoing, goal-oriented, and comfortable meeting new people?
US POWER is hiring motivated Sales Lead Generators to speak with homeowners, introduce our solar and home energy solutions, and schedule qualified appointments for our experienced Solar Consultants.
No solar or sales experience is required. You’ll receive paid training, hands-on coaching, and ongoing support to help you develop valuable sales skills and succeed in the role.
Your mission is simple:
Start conversations. Build interest. Book qualified appointments.
This is a lead-generation position—no closing required. You will not design solar systems, prepare proposals, explain complex financing, negotiate contracts, or close sales. After you schedule an appointment, our Solar Consultants handle the full consultation and sales process.
What You’ll Do
- Visit residential neighborhoods throughout the Los Angeles area
- Speak directly with homeowners about their energy needs
- Introduce US POWER’s solar and home energy solutions
- Start friendly conversations about electricity costs and potential savings
- Ask basic questions to identify interested, qualified homeowners
- Schedule appointments for experienced Solar Consultants
- Accurately record homeowner and appointment information
- Follow up with interested homeowners when appropriate
- Represent US POWER with professionalism, confidence, and positive energy
Earn Hourly Pay, Bonuses, and Commissions
Your compensation includes multiple ways to earn:
- $17.00 per hour during your first two days of paid training
- $18.50 per hour beginning on Day 3
- $50 for each qualified appointment
- $150 for each resulting sale
- Weekly performance bonuses based on completed appointment volume
- Additional commissions when eligible projects reach designated milestones
- Uncapped performance-based earning potential
The complete compensation plan, appointment qualifications, eligibility requirements, and payment milestones will be explained during the interview.
Work Schedule
- Monday–Friday: 2:00 PM–7:00 PM
- Saturday: 10:00 AM–3:00 PM

Experience in appointment setting, canvassing, customer service, retail, hospitality, promotions, fundraising, or sales is helpful—but not required.
