Responsibilities:
- Perform interior and exterior painting on commercial properties
- Prep surfaces including sanding, patching, priming, and caulking before painting
- Complete general handyman tasks such as minor repairs, drywall patching, and carpentry
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment on job sites
- Communicate with supervisors and clients professionally regarding project progress
- Operate and maintain tools and equipment properly
- Ensure all work meets quality standards and is completed in a timely manner
Requirements:
- Prior experience in painting, handyman work, or general construction
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and painting equipment
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, climbing ladders, and standing for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
