Job DescriptionRegistered Nurse (RN) – ICU (Contract)
Location: California 95370
Pay: $2,059 – $2,311/week
Schedule: Night Shift, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (12-hour shifts)
Hours: 36–48 hours per week
Coverage: Every other weekend required; floating required
Position Summary & Responsibilities

Provide direct ICU nursing care using the nursing process

Monitor, assess, and manage critically ill patients on ventilators and IV drips

Administer medications and coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team

Delegate tasks, educate patients/families, and support discharge planning

Document care accurately and adhere to safety and clinical standards
-
Float to SDU and other units as needed; may be placed on call if overstaffed
Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred

Acute care or ICU experience preferred

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of California (Required)

BLS certification (Required)
Additional Requirements
-
Experience with ventilators and titratable IV drips preferred

Familiarity with Cerner and Pyxis preferred

Ability to work in a fast-paced critical care environment

Must comply with facility vaccination and health requirements
